![]() ![]() ![]() To build your Postbox Address Book, you can start by importing your address book databases from other clients. You can also change how they're sorted by going to the View | Sort By menu. To change how your contacts are displayed, go to View > Show Name As, and choose between "First, Last", "Last, First", or "Display Name". If the sender is already in the Address Book, you can click edit. Within the Address Book, you can create new contacts by clicking the New Card button in the toolbar, and fill in the information into the appropriate fields.Īlternatively, if you're viewing a message, you can add the sender to your Address Book by clicking the sender's name, and clicking add contact in the Contacts Card. Any changes will automatically be updated in Postbox.
